Coronavirus Pandemic

To all JKA Scotland instructors and members.

We hope you and your family members are all safe and well during this ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. All we can do as individuals during these uncertain times is to follow the UK and Scottish Government advice and guidelines as best we can so we can all get through it as we will surely do.

As these are uncertain times it is unclear how long current restrictions will be in place for.

With this in mind we have taken the decision to cancel the 16th May course and Dan grading and as you may already be aware Squad Training sessions have also been cancelled until further notice.

We will hold off for a couple of weeks before making a decision on the June Regional Courses and Kyu gradings but in reality these look doubtful also as even if things are beginning to get back to normal by then we still have to be mindful that clubs are currently no longer training.

We will keep you informed of any future decisions or changes going forward.

The health and safety of all our JKA Scotland members is the number one priority.

Stay safe and healthy.

Best regards,

JKA Scotland National Committee.
